Criminal Appeals

Appeals are specialized processes and require counsel to be familiar with the unique procedures and nature of these types of cases. We have this requisite experience and have appeared as counsel on appeals in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal levels in British Columbia.  We can help you appeal against either your conviction (or acquittal, in the case of  a Crown appeal) or sentence.  We do this by applying to a higher court to reverse an outcome you are unhappy with.  If you are in custody, we can also assist you with your release on bail pending appeal.
