Myka Asks
Myka was a student with us from May to June 2017. At the end of her internship, she decided to take on an ambitious project, and called it "Myka Asks".
"Myka Asks" is a mini interview series aiming to provide basic information about the drug epidemic of the Lower Mainland of British Columbia in Canada, and its impact on the criminal justice system.
In the videos, Myka asks simple, direct and poignant questions in an attempt to capture the full spectrum of human struggle related to drug addiction. Using the same method, she explores the means and motivations of those who try to assist drug addicts.
The mini series was funded by Lower Mainland Law - Garih, Glouberman, in partnership with Luke 15 House. You can watch some of them directly on this page. The complete series can be seen on YouTube. To participate in the discussion, make sure to "like" the Myka Asks Facebook page.
